TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation must be received at least two hours prior to pick up time.
  • The full airport transfer rate will be charged if no cancellation notice is received with more than two hours notice prior to pick up time.
  • Other services will be charged at their minimum usage time if no cancellation notice is received with more than two hours notice.
  • Prepaid trips must be canceled at least two hours prior pick up time for full refund.Any schedule changes must also be made at that time.
  • Wedding charters must be canceled one month in advance.

  Waiting Time 

 

  • If customer will be late on his pick up time he has to contact the driver or the office, so we could consider waiting time charge. First 15 minutes is free and each additional minute is $1.

  Lost and Found 

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will make all possible attempts to retrieve items.

  Agreement and Liability  

  • Client agrees that there will be NO SMOKING AND EATING in our vehicle(s). Please ask the driver to stop if someone in Your party wishes to smoke
  • Client assures that NO ILLEGAL DRUGS will be consumed in our vehicle(s).
  • There is $150  a clean up fee for MOTION SICKNESS.
  • There is a $75 clean up fee for DRINK SPILLS.
  • There is a $10 fee for each broken or missed GLASS.
  • There is a $75 fee for each broken or missed DECANTER.
  • Client agrees that the passenger capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded.
  • In case of misconduct by your party, chaffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
  • Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party.
  • Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle commited by his/her party during the service, either willfuly or accidentally.
  • Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime changes, beyond the original agreement.
  • Our company cannot be held responsible for delays or inconvenience due to unknown or unforeseen mechanical failures or situations deemed "Acts of God".
  • Any actions that cause damage on our vehicles can result in extra charge, at least $100 or more.
